PRIVATE DUTY SERVICE/HOME HEALTH AIDES
Certified home health aides provide personal care, home management, and other home health supportive services in order to assist the individual to continue living in their home environment when there are disruptions due to illness, disability, social disadvantage, or other problems in the home.
Our home health aides and personal care aides are available to provide services such as light cleaning, cooking, running errands, and doing laundry, as well as assisting clients with bathing, showering, grooming, and other personal hygiene tasks. Our aides help our patients with all activities of daily living and are available on an hourly, daily, or live-in basis. Our home health aides carefully screened for the required credentials with extensive background checks and diligent reference
PHYSICAL THERAPY
Physical therapists assess the patient's functional abilities and establish a rehabilitative plan with realistic goals. The physical therapist, in consultation with the physician, works with patients and families to establish home exercise programs to improve strength range of motion, endurance, gait training, mobility, and balance. The physical therapist may use modalities such as massage, heat and water, ultrasound, weights, peddlers, pulleys, electrical stimulation, specialized MIRE treatments or other devices intended to restore function, maximize performance or alleviate pain.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Occupational therapy professional can help a person who is experiencing difficulty with a variety of functional problems. Dressing, bathing, shopping for food or personal items, and carrying out daily activities safely can be particularly challenging. Occupational therapy can also aid the person with more serious problems resulting from chronic conditions such as heart disease, cancer, arthritis, stoke, Parkinson's disease, and Multiple Sclerosis. Occupational therapists work with patients and their caregivers.
SPEECH THERAPY
Speech therapy involves the evaluation and treatment of people who have trouble with speech, language, cognitive function (such as problems that affect a person’s learning, memory, perception, or problem solving skills), as well as swallowing disorders.
